Shipping Protection

Prompt shipping. Package nicely. Love the product.

A little high priced.

I feel like 99% of these shipping protection addons are nothing but additional ways to charge the customer for very little benefit.

I don’t like to need to pay for shipping insurance!

Shipping was accurate, but on the slow side.

Terrible customer service. I needed to return a product, and it had to ship back to Italy. You have to pay for returns, which is more than the product. It doesn't matter what the issue is.
