How To Use?

Attach them to the device and gently insert into the nostrils.
✅ Step 2: Activate Red Light Therapy
Press the button to start.
Insert the device in your nose.
Let the red light work for 10 minutes.
✅ Step 3: Sterilize or Replace the Adapter
After each use, place the adapter in the UV sterilizer for 3 minutes — or use a clean one next time.
This step helps avoid reinfections and ensures maximum effectiveness.
