I filed a paypal complaint: I ordered 2 units & red light book. I received 1 unit (which btw says on the box its for the nose) i was charged for 2 units & book & $25 gift card (I didn’t order or receive) so yes id like u to contact me and provide the book & 2nd unit & refund my $25.
